Custom Fabrication

Step Three: Once the woods and veneers have been selected, our highly skilled staff carefully lays out the woods and veneers for your custom millwork project to ensure the proper book matching and end matching of each piece. The goal is for each room to be aesthetically balanced through grains, colors, seams and veneers. After book matching, your custom cabinetry is cut, molded, shaped and fully assembled. After assembly, we cross-reference each cabinet to the architectural drawings to ensure design and dimensional integrity. By carefully book matching and fabricating your millwork, we build in the distinctive aesthetics you expect from custom designed millwork and the master craftsman who built it.
